  2. Refund Request Process:

    a. Notification: To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team via email or phone, providing the details of your request, including the reasons for seeking a refund.

    b. Assessment and Calculation: Our team will review your refund request and calculate the refund amount based on the unused portion of the services, minus the cost of the Essentials Package.

    c. Decision: Upon reviewing your refund request, we will communicate our decision to you in a timely manner. If the request is approved, we will outline the refund amount and the process for issuing the refund.

  3. Refund Considerations:

    a. Proportionate Refunds: The refund amount will be calculated based on the services you have not utilized. The cost of the Essentials Package will be deducted from the refund.

    b. Non-Refundable Expenses: Any third-party costs, disbursements, or non-recoverable expenses incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

    c. Time-Based Refunds: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. The actual time for the funds to be credited to your account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution involved.

  4. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

    a. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted due to a change of mind or circumstances unrelated to the quality of our services or failure to deliver on our obligations.
